KILIDER Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as KILIDER) has launched its new patented product.
KILIDER has developed self‑invented‑patent toner cartridges compatible with HP models: KLD‑W9250MC/W9251MC/W9252MC/W9253MC, KLD‑W9260MC/W9261MC/W9262MC/W9263MC, and KLD‑W9270MC/W9271MC/W9272MC/W9273MC. This toner cartridge has been granted an invention patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, with patent No. 202610318083.1.

While effectively circumventing original‑manufacturer patents, KILIDER’s technical team has developed toner cartridges with proprietary structural solutions. The in‑house optimized internal structure substantially reduces residual toner and improves toner utilization rate. KILIDER fills cartridges with premium imported toner featuring fine particles to ensure consistent toner feeding. It delivers stable print quality with smooth powder delivery without damaging machine parts, thus extending equipment service life. Printed texts and graphics come out sharp with proper density and exceptionally clean blank areas for excellent readability. The product helps customers cut office costs and eliminates intellectual‑property‑related concerns over compatible consumables, winning wide recognition among end‑users.

In the assembly of complete drum units, the charging roller acts as a core component governing print imaging quality. Stable resistance within a reasonable range directly determines the charging performance of the photosensitive drum. Abnormal resistance may trigger various malfunctions including background fogging, white streaks, speckles, print ghosting and photosensitive drum breakdown. Hence, charging‑roller testing constitutes a critical link in consumables quality control.
Under conventional testing practices, rigid contact occurs between metal tubes and charging rollers without buffer structures. Manual applied pressure cannot be precisely controlled; excessive force may permanently dent the conductive rubber sleeve on the charging‑roller surface and compromise its performance. Manual single‑point measurement with handheld meters suffers from limited test points, significant data deviation, low efficiency and substantial human‑induced interference.

KILIDER has independently developed test equipment for measuring charging‑roller resistance (Invention Patent No. 202611043934.2). Spring buffers connect probes and terminals. When upward thrust is applied to terminals, probes avoid rigid contact against the rubber sleeve of tested rollers. This protects conductive rubber sleeves and prevents indentations and scratches caused by probe extrusion. Building product quality on technology and upholding integrity via patents, KILIDER manufactures every drum unit with meticulous care to serve customers worldwide.
As a technology‑oriented enterprise, KILIDER keeps increasing investment in R&D and innovation, and actively fosters high‑tech talents. Rooted in its people‑oriented corporate culture, the company prioritizes talent recruitment, equipment investment, technical innovation and protection of proprietary intellectual property rights. Innovation knows no bounds. Adhering to the philosophy of “Continuous Improvement and Constant Innovation”, KILIDER will keep delivering high‑quality, high‑performance products and premium consumables solutions for global clients.
