Shortly after issued a new national patent for the toner cartridge, JIANGXI KILIDER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (known as "Kilider") announced a new product has been listed up to our technology patent pool.
Kilider has released its newest drum unit KLD-R707/KLD-CF257A, which has been comprehensively improved on the basis of OEM.
First, new technology applied. By optimizing the precise matching of gear and screw, the rotation efficiency is improved and the rotation torque is reduced then the working life of the drum unit is extended.
Second, with the new materials added, the light guiding property of the charge eliminating lamp tube is strengthened, which reduces the level of toner powder waste and increases the printing yield. This product has also passed the compatibility test and life test with toners from different manufacturers, and all the specifications are qualified!
The independent technology of Kilider that was implanted in the core parts of the above drum unit has been approved by the China State Intellectual Property Office and was granted by Innovation Patent NO. ZL201910519641.0
Drum unit KLD-R707 is used for Samsung printers K2200/K2200ND, and KLD-CF257A is used for HP printers M433A/M436N/M436NDA/M437N/M437NDA/M439N/M439NDA/M42523DN/M42525DN series. It has excellent performance in printing quality, and the life has been increased from OEM standard of 80,000 pages to 100,000 pages, which is greatly valuable for customers to reduce the frequency of replacing the drum unit and reduce the daily printing cost. This is in line with Kilider's philosophy of customer first.
